How does it work?
Give us a call, describe your problem and we’ll help get it sorted as soon as possible. Most of the time you can grant us temporary remote access to your PC and we can sort things out. Sometimes we may need to visit your site or collect a machine for repair in our workshop. We’ll explain your options and help you make the best decision for you.

What it costs?
- £50 per hour during office hours (Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm)
- £75 per hour outside office hours (contract customers only – see below)

For £5/month/PC we’ll store your IT setup details in our secure system and save your remote-login credentials. This saves you money on each call – as less time is spent exchanging details and getting connected – plus you’ll get 10% off the hourly rate and access to the out-of-hours service.
